n Role Summary
n Drive GCC sales across Resources, Utilities, Mining, and Water sectors. Focus on GCC setup, scale and AI-led transformation for asset-intensive industries, with strong emphasis on production operations, maintenance, and digital twin-led capabilities.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Drive GCC opportunity creation across Energy, Utilities, Mining, and Water sectors
n Own RFI/RFP responses and GCC proposal development
n Sell GCC models (BOT, Assisted, Co-Innovate)
n Position operations-led engineering transformation
n Lead AI and digital twin transformation discussions
n Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Partner ecosystem
n n Education & Qualification
n n Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Civil / Mining preferred)
n MBA preferred
n Strong grounding in industrial and engineering operations
n n Experience Requirements
n n 10–15 years in ER&D; / Industrial / Engineering services or consulting
n Experience in asset-heavy industries (energy, mining, utilities)
n Exposure to GCC, BOT,



or captive models
n Experience engaging with CXO stakeholders
