Amritvas Realty is looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing real estate team in Jodhpur.

We are seeking a target-oriented real estate professional with strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and qualify incoming real estate leads

- Conduct property presentations and site visits
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers
n
- Manage regular follow-ups and sales pipeline
n
- Negotiate and close property transactions
n
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
n
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales process

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in real estate sales is required
n
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
n
- Proven ability to manage leads and close sales
n
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach
n
- Good understanding of the residential real estate market
n
- Candidates with experience in premium/luxury residential projects will be preferred
