This role is focused on owning revenue as the primary KPI, driving strong execution across the funnel (dial connect conversion), and building a scalable inside sales engine for the Pune market. This is a mid-senior execution role for someone who understands the numbers, manages large teams, and consistently delivers against revenue targets.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)



Own and deliver monthly revenue and procurement targets for the cityLead and drive performance of an inside sales team (1520 members)Monitor and improve funnel metrics with a strong focus on revenue conversion:Dials and productivityConnection rate (%)Lead-to-booking ratioConversion rate (%)Revenue per agent Ensure all KPIs are aligned towards revenue achievementDrive daily reviews, coaching, and performance management with strong accountabilityWork closely with operations and field teams to ensure faster closures and revenue realisationDrive process improvements to build a predictable and scalable revenue engineBuild a high-performance, target-driven team cultureKey Requirements (Strict) 69 years of experience in inside sales/telesales rolesCurrently managing an inside sales team of at least 1520 membersMust be owning and delivering revenue targets in the current roleStrong understanding of inside sales metrics and revenue conversion funnelsProven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targetsExperience in a startup or high-growth setting preferredStrong bias for action; highly target-driven and hands-onGood communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi.Success in this RoleConsistently achieving revenue targets, improving conversion efficiency, and driving high team productivity while building a scalable inside sales engine.
