Role Overview:As a Regional Sales Manager for the Personal Health division at Philips, your main responsibility will be to sell the assigned portfolio of products within the designated geographic territory. You will be negotiating with clients and managing product sales through a Distribution-led traditional trade setup. Your role will involve achieving revenue growth expectations within your territory, meeting monthly/quarterly/annual selling targets, and developing and executing territory business plans to drive product usage and brand recommendation.
