Job Description: A Production Planning Engineer manages manufacturing workflows, creates optimized production schedules, and balances machine and labor capacity to ensure on-time product delivery within budget. They act as the core link between sales forecasts, procurement, and the shop floor. Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling: Build daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and facility capacity.

- Material Control: Coordinate with purchasing teams to monitor raw material stock levels and prevent shortages.

- Workflow Monitoring: Track work-in-progress (WIP) stages, spot operational bottlenecks, and apply quick fixes.

- Data & ERP Management: Update enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with work orders, bills of materials (BOM), and status reports.

- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Connect with quality assurance, maintenance, and dispatch teams to align targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
