- Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and mental-status examinations.
- Assess and diagnose psychological and behavioral disorders within the scope of qualified qualifications and applicable regulations.
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, supportive therapy, or other appropriate modalities.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and modify interventions based on client progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and appropriate risk assessment when required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and case documentation.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, counselors, and other professionals.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and, where appropriate, their families or caregivers.
- Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical supervision.
- Conduct workshops or awareness programs related to mental health when required.
- Follow ethical standards, professional guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
