Job Summary

We are looking for a Sewing Trainee to join our garment production team. The trainee will receive practical training in sewing machine operation, garment construction, stitching techniques, and production processes while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Learn and operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
- Assist in stitching and assembling garment components.
- Follow approved garment specifications, patterns, and production instructions.
- Learn different sewing operations such as joining, hemming, attaching, and finishing.
- Maintain proper stitch quality and garment appearance.
- Identify basic stitching defects and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the sewing workstation.
- Follow production targets and quality standards.
- Handle fabrics and garment components carefully to avoid damage.
- Support the sewing team in achieving daily production requirements.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.





Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of garment stitching is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn sewing and garment production processes.
- Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
