Position: Sewing Trainee
Department: Production
Location: Garment Manufacturing Unit

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
- Perform basic sewing operations as per production requirements.
- Follow approved garment specifications, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Maintain proper stitch quality and production efficiency.
- Identify basic sewing defects and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
- Maintain discipline and adhere to company policies and production targets.
- Support the production team in achieving daily output and quality requirements.

Eligibility
- Minimum 8th/10th standard qualification preferred.
- Freshers are eligible; prior garment/sewing experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn sewing operations and work in a manufacturing environment.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge or interest in sewing and garment production.
- Positive hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality.
- Good discipline, attendance, and teamwork.
