Job Description The project head must have experience in the construction of High Rise Building project.
n Lead a team of engineers for the overall construction activities at sites. Job includes on time delivery of projects within the budget with safety and quality consciousness; will be responsible for managing employees, contractors and stakeholders, government authorities and public relations for successful completion of project. Reports to the senior management on day-to-day progress and MIS reporting for various stakeholders.
n Responsibilities
n n Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
n Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
n Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
n Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
n Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
n Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
n Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
n Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc.

n Minimum Experience – 20 Years
