Who Are You?

- Zero ego. Solve problems, not create

- Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.

- Writing award-winning copy should come naturally to you. But before that, commercial art should be intrinsic to your thinking.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n




- Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
n
- Direct understanding of time vs costs vs deadlines.
n
- Participate in client presentations, pitches when requirements happen
n

The role needs you to work closely with the Head of Creative Strategy, Group Account Manager, Co-Founders and other team leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and current business opportunities.

n

This role also needs you to work on pitches if needed.
