Job Opening: Senior AR Caller

Location: Chennai

Job Role: AR Caller (Medical Billing – Voice Process)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview)

Job Description:

Call US insurance companies to follow up on pending claims

Understand denial reasons and take appropriate action

Update claim status in the billing system

Work on aging reports and resolve outstanding AR

Communicate effectively with insurance reps

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Maintain accuracy in documentation

Work in night shift (US shift hours)

Skills Required:

Robust communication in English (verbal & written)

Experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management

Knowledge of insurance claim terminology (CPT, ICD, Denials)

Proficiency in MS Office and billing software

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Willing to work in night shifts
