Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and
proactive Tele Recruiter / Tele Caller who will be responsible for
hiring blue-collar workforce for last mile operations, including delivery
executives, riders, and picker/packers. The role requires solid communication skills and a go-getter attitude to manage bulk hiring efficiently.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic screening and interviews for
delivery boys, riders, and warehouse staff (picker/packer)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and
field data
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Requirements
Eligibility
Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/tele calling
(preferably bulk or blue-collar hiring)
- Must be proactive, energetic, and result-driven
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills

- In-hand Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 (Fixed)

Details:
- Work from Office – Delhi
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Sunday fixed off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
