As a Technical Project Manager III in Enterprise technology, Employee Platforms you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation,



and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout
