Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing proactive maintenance schedules for machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical failures using precision tools and repairing/replacing defective parts (e.g., pumps, motors, conveyors, boilers)
- Asset Reliability: Analysing equipment performance data to optimize uptime and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Installation: Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Resource Management: Supervise maintenance technicians, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee maintenance budgets.
- Equipment Specialist:



Hands on Utility Experience (Mechanical Press, Hydraulic Press, Air Compressor, D.G Set, Cooling Tower, Pump house, Chiller, STP, ETP & EOT Cranes).

EXPERIENCE

PROFILE

Typically, 4+ years in a manufacturing or Automotive industrial maintenance environment.

KEY SKILLS

1). Strong understanding of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, piping) and ability to read schematics/blueprints.

2). Good communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.

3). Solid analytical skills to diagnose complex mechanical failures.

4). Ability to motivate technical teams and coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime during maintenance windows.
