We are hiring a Project Associate for a PMO consulting engagement in the Urban Mobility sector.

? Key Responsibilities

• Maintain MIS dashboards, invoice trackers & contract monitoring sheets using MS Excel
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes & project documentation
• Support feasibility studies through data collection, benchmarking & analysis
• Assist in drafting tender documents, query responses & official correspondence
• Support bid process management, bidder queries, meetings & documentation




• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors & external partners on day-to-day matters
• Conduct site visits and prepare visit notes & action trackers
• Maintain MOMs, project records & version control of deliverables

? Eligibility

• PGDM / MBA / Master's in Management / Postgraduate Management Program
• 3+ years of total work experience (pre + post MBA)
• Government/PSU project exposure mandate.
• Experience in analytical, coordination, PMO or office-based roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
