What this job involves:
As a Senior Technical Executive within the Command Centre, you will support Incident and Change Management operations across Asia, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder communication, escalation management, and operational reporting for critical facility events. In addition, you will support global incident reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to data analysis, reporting standardization, dashboard development, and program coordination. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities based on business and client requirements.
