Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Formula development, evaluation, scale up and validation.
- Developed Technical Documents and New Products Process Format
- Involve In Bulk Planning as per need of Production Department.
- Prepare RM Requirements Planning as per Need of Manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance level in every manufacturing section, by verification any stage of batch verification process.
- Take all Commercial protocol batch of NPL
- Support raw Material Sourcing and Recent RM Vender Development
- Core competency across functional areas like Planning & Scheduling, Costing.
- Lead trouble shooting in the MFG Department During Manufacturing.
- Cost reduction by replacing cost effective RM
- Entry of RM data in Software as per regulatory compliance
- Preparation of product dossier.
