Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building:



Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job description creation and job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define requirements, and provide guidance on market trends.
- Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as a company ambassador to promote the employer brand and ensure a high-quality, positive, and equitable candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Diversity: Ensure compliance with employment laws and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring practices
