Job Description:

n

n

Immipoint Visa Consultants is looking for an experienced senior documentation specialist / case officer with strong expertise in skilled migration to Australia to independently manage client cases from assessment to visa lodgement.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

n
- Manage Australia PR cases end-to-end, including skills assessment, EOI/ROI, state nomination, and visa lodgement .
n
- Handle cases involving VETASSESS, ACS, Engineers Australia, TRA, AITSL, and other assessing authorities.
n
- Review client profiles and documents for eligibility, accuracy, and completeness.
n
- Prepare and submit applications and respond to requests for additional information.
n
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients.
n




- Track case deadlines and ensure timely action on all stages.
n
- Identify potential case issues and provide appropriate solutions.
n
- Stay updated with Australian immigration policies and state nomination requirements.
n
- Guide junior team members and ensure quality documentation.
n

Requirements:

n

n

n
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Australian immigration case processing .
n
- Strong knowledge of 189, 190, 491 and relevant skilled migration pathways .
n
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases independently.
n
- Canada, Germany, New Zealand, or other immigration experience is an added advantage.
n
