The Opportunity

As Aliens Tattoo expands its studio network, every new studio needs to deliver the same premium, functional and unmistakably Aliens experience.

n

We're looking for an Interior Designer who can own the design journey from site assessment to final handover — ensuring every studio is brand-compliant, practical, cost-efficient and execution-ready.

n

The Mandate

n

You will own the design process end-to-end — concept, layouts, 3D renders, technical drawings, BOQ support, execution support and final design sign-off.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Design Planning: Convert site dimensions and requirements into accurate concepts and space plans.
n
- Design Development: Create 2D layouts, 3D renders, furniture, electrical and ceiling layouts.
n
- Design Approval: Present concepts, incorporate feedback and drive designs to final approval.
n
- Technical Drawings: Prepare GFC and working drawings with explicit specifications.
n
- BOQ & Cost Optimisation: Validate quantities/materials and identify cost-saving alternatives.
n
- Execution Support: Coordinate with Project Managers and contractors, conduct site visits and resolve design queries.
n
- Brand Compliance: Ensure materials,



finishes, colours and layouts follow Aliens standards.
n
- Handover: Conduct final inspections, close design snags and provide design sign-off.
n
- Standardisation: Build and maintain design templates, material libraries and studio design standards.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in commercial / retail / hospitality interiors, preferably multi-location projects.
n
- Strong command of 2D layouts, 3D design, GFC and working drawings.
n
- Experience with BOQs, materials and contractor coordination.
n
- Strong understanding of space planning and execution.
n
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware and hands-on.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
n
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and premium design.
n

What Success Looks Like

n

You ensure every Aliens studio is beautiful, functional, cost-efficient and consistent with the brand — from the first concept to the final opening.

n

The right person can design at the desk, challenge a BOQ, coordinate with contractors and stand on-site to ensure what was designed is exactly what gets built.
