About the Role

n

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage end-to-end social media for a portfolio of international dental and healthcare clients. If you're passionate about digital marketing, healthcare branding, and creating engaging content for global audiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

n

Client Onboarding & Account Management

n

n
- Onboard new healthcare and dental clients by collecting brand assets, clinic photos, doctor profiles, service details, and brand guidelines.
n
- Understand each client's services, specialties, patient journey, and target audience.
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
n

n

Content Strategy & Creative Development

n

n
- Research trending topics in dentistry, oral healthcare, and patient education across international markets.
n
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with local events, awareness campaigns, and seasonal trends.
n
- Design engaging creatives for Facebook and Instagram, including:
n
- Static Posts
n
- Carousels
n
- Story Graphics
n
- Reel Covers
n
- Write compelling, market-specific captions tailored for audiences in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and other international regions.
n

Social Media Management & Organic Growth

n

n
- Schedule and publish content consistently across Meta platforms.
n
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, saves, and follower growth.
n
- Implement organic growth strategies through hashtag research, community engagement, and audience interaction.
n
- Respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
n
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and social media best practices.
n

Performance Reporting

n

n
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for each client.
n
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
n
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies based on insights.
n

Requirements

n

✅ Must Have

n

n
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
n
- Healthcare (Dental Marketing) experience is mandatory.
n
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatments, and patient journeys, including:
n
- Dental Implants
n
- Orthodontics
n
- Cosmetic Dentistry
n
- Preventive Dentistry
n
- Experience creating social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
n
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different international markets.
n
- Knowledge of patient expectations and content sensitivities in the US, UK, Canada, and Singapore .
n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
n

⭐ Good to Have

- Previous experience managing social media for dental clinics or healthcare brands.
n
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite , Buffer , Hootsuite , Later , or similar scheduling tools.
n
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney , or other content generation platforms.
n
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
n
- Robust visual design sense and attention to aesthetics.
n
