Manager - Corporate Broking- General Insurance - 8 Years- Delhi/NCR

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Broking professional to manage and grow relationships with leading MNC and Indian insurance brokers. The role will focus on broker relationship management, corporate insurance business development and driving business through the broker network. The ideal candidate should have strong industry relationships and a good understanding of the corporate/general insurance market.

Location - Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities -

Manage and strengthen relationships with leading MNC and Indian insurance brokers.

Drive new corporate insurance business through the broker network.

Develop broker-wise business plans, manage pipelines and support portfolio growth.

Coordinate with underwriting, product and operations teams for broker requirements and business opportunities.

Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the broker network.

Track broker performance, business conversion and portfolio development.

Requirements -

8-15 years of experience in General Insurance, Corporate Insurance or Insurance Broking.

Strong experience in Corporate Broking / Broker Management / Broker Relations.

Experience managing MNC insurance brokers such as Marsh, Aon, Gallagher, WTW, Howden, Lockton or similar.

Experience managing Indian insurance brokers is essential.

Strong understanding of Corporate / Commercial General Insurance.

Proven experience in business development and broker-led business growth.

Strong relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.





Strong network within the Delhi/NCR corporate insurance and broking market.
