Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, enterprise application architecture, database design, integration patterns, and contemporary software development practices.

The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and project managers to define solution roadmaps, establish technical standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Define end-to-end application architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical strategies.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications, APIs, and integration solutions.
- Drive modernization initiatives from legacy technologies to modern architectures.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and governance models.

Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Resolve complex technical challenges across multiple systems.

Development & Integration
- Architect solutions using Microsoft technology stack including:

- C#
- .NET Framework

- ASP.NET MVC
- Web API
- WCF
- VB.NET
- VB6
- Design RESTful services and enterprise integrations.
- Develop application modernization strategies for legacy client-server applications.

Database & Reporting
- Design and optimize database solutions using:

- Review database architecture, data models, and performance tuning approaches.
- Guide reporting solution design using:

- SSRS
- Crystal Reports

DevOps & Delivery
- Drive Agile delivery practices and Scrum ceremonies.

- Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to ensure successful production deployments.

Stakeholder Management
