Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Payment Operations Manager to lead end-to-end

n

banking payment operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, service

n

quality, and customer satisfaction.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Manage end-to-end Payment Operations covering ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Fedwire,

n

Cheques, and Lockbox.

n

• Oversee payment processing, repairs, investigations, reconciliations,

n

claims, adjustments, and servicing.

n

• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, ACH/NACHA, Fedwire,

n

sanctions/OFAC, and risk controls.

n

• Lead and develop teams, drive operational performance, and manage

n

transitions/change initiatives.

n

• Partner with senior stakeholders to establish operational goals, processes, and

n





service standards.

n

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency, quality, and

n

customer experience.

n

Key Requirements

n

• 10–14 years of experience in Banking/Payment Operations; leadership

n

experience preferred.

n

• Strong knowledge of domestic & international payments, Cheques, and

n

Lockbox Operations.

n

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder

n

management skills.

n

• Solid understanding of payment systems, controls, and regulatory

n

requirements.

n

• B.Com / Accountancy background preferred.

n

• Flexible to work US/Rotational shifts and extend hours during transition.

n
