Job Role:

Experienced qualified with strong expertise in TPM & Lean Systems across FMCG & Process Industries. This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with good expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership. As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Innovative Kaizen Mindset, and debottlenecking

- Drive TPM 8 Pillars & TPM Coordinator for the Plant as cultural transformation.
n
- Drive Smart Manufacturing Strategy & initiatives across Plants
n
- Road Map Preparation, Gap analysis & Strategy for improvement
n
- Line Balancing & Capacity Planning
n
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,



5S & Continuous Improvement
n
- Lean Tools exposure like VSM, SMED, Kanban & 7QC tools
n
- Digitalization & Low cost automation
n
- Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
n
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
n
- Production Planning & Workflow Optimization
n
- Plant Layout & Material Flow Improvement
n
- Conduct TPM SCM Reviews, MIS & KPI Reporting & OEE Analysis

- Training to team on TPM & Lean Systems

Educational Qualifications:

n

Graduation or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field. Certification in Lean Systems & Six Sigma will be preferred.

n

Industry & Experience:

n

5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or a similar process industry.
