- Own your assigned micro-market and its sales numbers

- Lead a small, high-performance sales squad

- Handle and close bigger-ticket opportunities

- Mentor Growth Associates into future Growth Captains

- Work directly with leadership — no unnecessary red tape, no "wait for approval" culture
