About the Role

n

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

n

You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.

n

This role is about turning insight into action — shaping ideas into measurable outcomes that move the organization forward. You'll get a panoramic view of Joveo's business, deep exposure to global leadership, and the chance to influence the company's direction at the highest level.

What You'll Do

n

- Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
n
- Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency,



and transformation projects.
n
- Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
n
- Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
n
- Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
n
- Be the "connective tissue" between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder's office roles (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred).
n
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity.
n
- Founder's mindset: you think big, move fast, and take ownership end-to-end.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels.

- Deep curiosity for AI, technology, and the future of work.
