Roles and Responsibilities
For SM- Min. 5 years of expereince into HL/LAP Sales ( Prime/ Affordable)
For Sales Executive: Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales. Undergraduates ( 12th Pass) may also Apply.
For ASM- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Prime/ affordable housing loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and secured loans.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
Build robust relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales.
Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products such as HL (Housing Loan) and MLP (Mortgage Loan).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
