Sales Executive – CoreFit Plus Pilates Studio (Head Office)

*Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)

Training Period:* First 3 months fully onsite at the studio

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team, nurture client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, educating them about the benefits of Pilates, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their wellness journey. This role offers valuable exposure to sales, client relationship management, and wellness marketing.

Handle client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
* Educate prospective clients about Pilates programs, services, and wellness benefits.




* Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with daily sales activities and marketing campaigns.
* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
* Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
* Ensure a skilled, welcoming, and client-centric studio experience.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales and client retention targets.

12th Pass, Graduate, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is preferred.
* Ability to work independently during remote work days after successful completion of training.
