Job Description: A General Manager (GM) of Techno-Commercial a (part of the Real Group in Siltara, Raipur) bridges plant operations, engineering requirements, and commercial procurement strategies. This senior role oversees raw material sourcing, cost optimization for steel and power manufacturing, vendor contract negotiations, and cross-functional operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities

- Strategic Procurement: Manage techno-commercial evaluation and bulk purchasing for raw materials like iron ore, coal, and plant machinery.

- Cost & Budget Control: Oversee manufacturing budgets, monitor operational cost metrics, and enforce financial controls across units.

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value vendor, contractor, and supplier agreements.

- Operations Alignment: Coordinate closely with production, maintenance, and project engineering teams to ensure technical specifications match commercial limits.

- Vendor Development:



Build and audit robust vendor networks to streamline supply chain reliability for the steel and captive power divisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) combined with a management qualification (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.

- Experience: 15 to 20+ years of senior-level experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the steel, iron, or power sector.

- Competencies: Solid financial acumen, deep understanding of plant operations, and high-level negotiation skills.
