Key Responsibilities

- Perform buffing, filing, and finishing of jewelry products with high precision.
- Ensure superior surface quality and craftsmanship across Silver, Gold, and Platinum pieces.
- Maintain production quality, productivity, and workmanship standards.
- Follow workplace safety (EHS) guidelines and manufacturing processes.
- Support continuous improvement in finishing techniques and quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in filing, buffing, and finishing jewelry products.




- Proven experience working on fine jewelry with high-quality finishing standards.
- Ability to handle production volumes of approximately 85–100 grams per day.
- Experience with Silver, Gold, and Platinum jewelry is mandatory.

Preferred
- Exposure to modern jewelry finishing tools and techniques.
- Experience in reputed jewelry manufacturing organizations.
