Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Manager to lead our CNC department in a diamond jewelry manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing CNC operations, production planning, team management, machine utilization, quality control, and coordination with CAD/CAM, Product Development, and Production teams. The role requires solid technical expertise in jewellery CNC machining, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and manage daily CNC production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Lead and supervise a team of CNC Operators, ensuring optimum productivity and efficient manpower utilization.
- Oversee CNC machine setup, operations, and process execution for jewellery manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the CAD and CAM teams to ensure machining programs are accurate and production-ready.
- Ensure high precision and quality of machined wax/resin models as per design specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out regularly.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce machining time, and minimize rejection.
- Track daily production, pending jobs, machine utilization, and operator productivity.




- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Product Development, Casting, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records related to production, machine maintenance, and consumables.
- Train and mentor CNC Operators on machine handling, quality standards, and best practices.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Candidates with extensive jewellery manufacturing experience may also be considered.
- 8–15 years of experience in Jewellery Manufacturing CNC Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machines used for jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience in production planning, machine utilization, and process optimization.
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM workflow and CNC machining processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Experience in handling production targets, quality control, and team management.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred
