Description
The AES - DE - Agile - Digital Product Manager will be a key driver of Zensar's product strategy, working across teams to define and deliver high-impact products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring products are both profitable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyse customer, stakeholder, and market requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Manage product priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Communicate product progress, outcomes, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.

- Lead product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define product roadmaps and prioritize opportunities.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure efficient development.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritizing tasks and features to maximize business value.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness.
- Create and present product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure products are scalable, secure, and meet Zensar's quality standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, B2B commerce, other sales channels like RPA, Phone, Email, Fax order flow.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Proficiency in product management tools and techniques, including roadmapping and backlog management.
- Experience in the IT or digital services industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with digital products, platforms, or customer-facing applications.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Protected.
- Product Management certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or equivalent.
