- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to physician orders.
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures such as PET, SPECT, bone scans, thyroid scans, renal scans, and cardiac studies.
- Operate and maintain gamma cameras, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and related equipment.
- Position and monitor patients during imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure instructions.
- Follow radiation-safety procedures and maintain accurate radiation-dose records.
