- Handle gifting enquiries from
individual, wedding, festive and corporate customers.
- Understand the customer's
occasion, quantity, budget, product preferences and packaging
requirements.
- Recommend suitable existing
gifting options and identify opportunities for customisation.
- Encourage customers to explore
personalised solutions where appropriate.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed
orders through effective consultation and follow-up.
- Develop repeat business and
referrals from existing customers.

Customised
Gifting
- Work with customers to understand
their preferred packaging, presentation and product combinations.
- Suggest creative and practical
solutions within the customer's budget.
- Coordinate with the internal team
responsible for packaging, inventory, customisation and vendors.
- Ensure customer requirements are
accurately communicated and followed through to execution.

Multi-Outlet
Coordination
- Handle gifting requirements
originating from different outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers




and the existing gifting/operations team.
- Track important orders and ensure
requirements and timelines are communicated properly.

Client
Relationship & Loyalty
- Maintain a database of gifting
customers and their relevant preferences and occasions.
- Follow up after completed orders
and collect meaningful customer feedback.
- Maintain relationships with
existing clients for repeat gifting opportunities.
- Identify upcoming occasions such
as weddings, festivals, birthdays and corporate gifting requirements.
- Develop relationships that can
generate repeat business and referrals.

Content
& Creative Support
- Identify opportunities to turn
successful gifting orders into marketing content.
- Encourage customers, with
appropriate permission, to share unboxing videos, photographs or short
testimonials.
- Identify engaging customisation
and gifting ideas that can be showcased on social media.
