Job Description:

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience and strong exposure to Corporate Finance, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a corporate environment. Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Direct Tax and Indirect Tax matters.
- Handle tax compliance, assessments, audits and related documentation.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Provide support on taxation-related matters and business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors,



consultants and tax authorities.
- Review financial and tax-related reports and ensure accuracy.
- Support management with tax planning and regulatory compliance.
- Handle statutory and tax audits as required.

Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Robust experience in both Direct Tax & Indirect Tax – mandatory.
- Prior Corporate exposure is mandatory.
- Candidates with CA Firm experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
