? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

? Accounts & Finance
* End-to-end accounting up to finalization
* Handling statutory & internal auditor queries
* Banking operations and financial coordination
* GST & TDS compliance
* Working knowledge of Tally & ERP

? Financial Management & Strategy
* Financial planning, analysis and management
* Budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy
* Monitoring financial performance and variances

? SEBI / Companies Act / LODR Compliance
* Compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations
* Knowledge of ICDR, PIT, Takeover Code & RPT
* Finalization of quarterly results and annual reports
* Consolidated financial statements as per Ind-AS
* Presenting financial results and explaining variances to Board / Audit Committee / AGM

Candidates with solid experience in Accounts, Finance, Listed Company Compliance and Corporate Reporting will be preferred.
