maintain and improve enterprise platforms and front-office applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve incidents across application, infrastructure and database layers.
- Monitor platform health, identify risks early and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain documentation, operational runbooks and support procedures.
- DevOps and automation
- Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Automate repeatable support, deployment and environment management activities.
- Integrate software components into fully functional platform solutions.
- Contribute to software verification plans, quality assurance procedures and release readiness.
- Cloud and infrastructure management
- Support AWS cloud services including EC2, RDS, S3, DNS, certificates and load balancers.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
