We are looking for a Team Lead -Life and Pension Insurance for one of our esteemed clients in Nagpur having experience Life and Pension Insurance,Team Management,Team Lead.

Experience : 7+Years

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Nagpur

Work Mode : Onsite

n

Shifts : US shift

n

Week Offs : 5 Days working, 2Days off

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead and manage a team handling Life & Pension insurance operations.

n

Manage day-to-day activities related to policy administration, servicing, and transaction processing.

n

Handle processes such as new business, policy servicing, underwriting support, claims, pension administration, and policy changes.

n

Monitor team performance against SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

n

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of team members.

n





Identify process gaps and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.

n

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines.

n

Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues within defined timelines.

n

Prepare and analyze operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

n

Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams.

n

Support transition, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities for recent processes.

n

Ensure effective documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.

n
