Qualifications

- A Post Graduation Degree from a well recognized University / Institution preferably in the discipline of Allopathy, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Dental, and Allied Health Sciences.
n

- Ph.D. Degree in same relevant field from a well recognized University / Institution.
n

n

n

AND

n
- Minimum 20 years of teaching / research experience out of which at least 5 years as Professor / equivalent pay level.
n

n

n

n
- Desirable: Experience in clinical practice, policy-making, accreditation, administration & international collaboration is preferred. Solid publication and research record is a must.

Responsibilities

- Oversee Curriculum Design, Implementation, and review across all Health Sciences & Allied Health Sciences related Programs like UG, PG, Ph.D. & Other Health Science Skill Based Courses for practical exposure.
n

n

n
- Ensure Academic Quality,



Faculty Development, and Student-Centered Learning.
n

n

n

n
- Facilitate inter-professional education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
n

n

n

n
- Promote research culture and innovation in public health, clinical science, allied health, and biomedical fields.
n

n

n

n
- Ensure the compliance of all programs with relevant regulatory bodies.
n

n

n

n
- Manage budgets, infrastructure, faculty recruitment, and HR policies.
n

n

n

n
- Represent the institution in national/international bodies and healthcare councils.
n

n

n

n
- Forge partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, industry, and international universities.
n

n

n

n
- Promote community-based health programs and student outreach.
n
