Hiring: Senior Executive – Operations | Payment Gateway

Location: Kolkata

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Operations with 3–5 years of experience in the Payment Gateway / FinTech industry to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway operations, including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation.
- Handle merchant onboarding, KYC verification and operational coordination.
- Monitor transactions and resolve transaction-related issues within defined TAT.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams.




- Handle refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities.
- Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters.
- Coordinate with the technical team for API/integration and transaction-related issues.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations.
- Good understanding of Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks.
- Experience working with Merchants, Acquirers and Banking Partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
