Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month, based on skills & experience

About the Role:

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative / Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Downtown Market, Ludhiana.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with an apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brand and a strong passion for customer service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right sportswear/apparel based on their needs and preferences.

Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.

Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Explain product features, fits, sizes, fabrics, and advantages to customers.

Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.

Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.





Handle billing and other basic store operations when required.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.

Experience with apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good understanding of apparel/sportswear products, sizing, and customer preferences.

Sales-oriented, energetic, well-presented, and confident personality.

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Compensation

Up to ₹18,000 per month, based on skills & experience
