About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for an in office opportunity in Hyderabad. This role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and staffing requirements across nursing, allied health, therapy, pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical roles.

Responsibilities

Source and screen healthcare candidates for open staffing requirements

Review resumes, licenses, certifications, availability, pay expectations, and work eligibility

Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding support

Work on roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy

Maintain candidate records,



job submissions, and communication updates in the ATS

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience required

Experience with US healthcare staffing preferred

Knowledge of healthcare roles, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements preferred

Strong communication, sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills required

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
