Job Title: Visual Merchandiser/Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for Creative and Innovative Team Player who:

- Is passionate about designs and pays attention to details.
- Is an expert in space utilization
- Enjoys travelling and experimenting with current materials.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
2. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market.
3. Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store's visual design requirements.
4. Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
5. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
6.



Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, and production team when necessary.
7. Monitoring costs and working within budget.
8. Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager.
3. Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
4. Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai.

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
