Job Title: M&A; IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: INR 25 LPA to 29 LPA

Position Overview

An opportunity has arisen in IT Infrastructure M&A; team for a Project Manager (India) to take responsibility for managing a recent India based initiative. This position will oversee project execution in conjunction with other infrastructure project managers, ensure adherence to governance processes, collect and analyse data to produce management reporting and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Summary of Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading IT Infrastructure delivery for a India based M&A; initiative, coordinating project execution, governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across infrastructure, business and premises-related teams.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the Infrastructure project team and ensure effective management of programme scope, milestones, dependencies, costs and benefits throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Escalation points for identified programme risks and issues and where appropriate work with the other project managers and business leads to devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies.




- Drive programme activities in accordance with Group CIO project governance policies.
- The role will have responsibilities for working (where required) with the IT Infrastructure Building IT project team to ensure appropriate activity alignment with related premises activities.
- Lead regular project and programme reviews with assigned infrastructure project managers.
- Ensure quality senior management reporting.
- Responsibility for required programme governance.
- Manage key stakeholder and project manager relationships and communication.
- Management and oversight of project contract staff.

Key relationships will be with:

- Business project team IT Infrastructure project leads and resources.
- Programme stakeholders.
- GTI EUC M&A; management team.
- GTI Branch Technology management team.
- Business sponsor.

Qualifications / Skills

- Strong Project Management and People Management (Leadership) with proven track record of managing complex regional and global projects.
- Previous experience working in a matrix management environment.
- Previous experience working in application project management environment.
- Ability to work independently with remote and matrix management self starter.
- Experience in managing integration and deployment projects regionally and/or globally.
- Previous experience in managing M&A; IT Infrastructure activities an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Project skills.
- Strong Microsoft M365 skills, especially with PowerPoint presentations.
- Appropriate (industry recognised)



project management certification.
- Excellent communication skills:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at every level (up, down and laterally).
- Identify, know and understand the target audience.
- Clear and concise communications of ideas, instructions.
- Explicit written and verbal communications (presentations).
- Conflict and influence management.

- Confident and fluent English speaker and writer.
- Strong English grammar skills.
- Appreciation and understanding in working in a global environment with many diverse cultures.
- Sound understanding of IT application infrastructure.
- Assertive and proactive in managing issues and risks.
- Able to demonstrate effective escalation skills.
- Strong problem solving skills (facilitate and drive solutions, options, alternatives).
- Extensive experience in managing large teams in large and complex, global organisations, with multiple internal and external suppliers and support departments.
- Track record of delivering complex technology and / or M&A; projects and programmes an advantage.
