Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Business glossary and KPI definition ownership, Data lineage and traceability understanding,



Metadata stewardship and governance workflows- Semantic layer or ontology/knowledge graph exposure- Ability to document and standardize definitions- Familiarity with AI-ready data concepts- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.- Familiarity with integration of data governance tools within enterprise environments.- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
