Job Description:
The Azure Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing integration workflows as part of the migration from on prem systems to Azure. This role builds cloud native integrations using Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM, and related Azure services, ensuring secure, scalable, and automated data and application connectivity. The developer also supports troubleshooting, automation, and optimization of integration components, leveraging AI assisted development with Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, APIM, and ADF.
- Migrate and modernize existing on-prem integration interfaces into Azure-native patterns.
- Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation scripts supporting end-to-end integration flows.
- Implement ARM-based or Bicep or Terraform automation for deployment, configuration, and environment consistency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues using Azure Portal, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and distributed tracing.
- Develop reusable integration components, templates, and best-practice patterns.
- Collaborate with application, data, and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.




- Ensure integration solutions follow security, governance, and performance standards.
- Use Copilot to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize integration workflows.
- Maintain documentation for integration designs, mappings, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Azure Integration services: Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM, ADF, Event Grid, Event Hub, Application Insights.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting using Azure Portal, Log Analytics, and monitoring tools.
- Development experience with C#.NET, Python, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Templates or Bicep or Terraform for automation and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
- Strong experience with Visual Studio and Azure development workflows.
- Proficiency with JSON, XML, XSD, and schema-based integrations.
- Experience using Copilot to accelerate interface development and optimize Azure Integration workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with integration modernization or migration from on-prem middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD of integration components.
- Familiarity with API security, OAuth2, managed identities, and Azure networking basics.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed messaging patterns.
- Exposure to data platforms (Synapse, Databricks) for end-to-end integration scenarios.
- Azure certifications (Developer, Integration, or Architect tracks).
