JD for ServiceNow IRM Developer

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Policy, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Issue Management).

Configure and customize GRC modules, including Vendor Risk Management.

Proficient with workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, Flow Designer, and notifications.

Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills (Glide APIs and GlideRecord).

Experience with REST API integrations and Integration Hub.

Support platform configuration for roles, groups, users, ACLs, and data access.

Create and maintain GRC workspaces, reports, dashboards, and metrics.

Create technical documentation, test cases, and release notes.

Troubleshoot defects, support enhancements, and ensure platform stability.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
