Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end IT controls lifecycle, including control design, implementation, validation, and operational effectiveness testing.
- Conduct Risk Control Assessments (RCA) and Third-Party Risk Assessments.
- Evaluate IT risks and recommend appropriate control improvements.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, explaining IT risks and controls in a transparent and understandable manner.
- Deliver assessments within defined timelines while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Document findings, remediation actions, and compliance requirements using ServiceNow GRC and JIRA.
- Support governance activities related to IT risk and compliance initiatives.
