We are seeking a highly motivated Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in product development and electronic hardware design. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and validating electronic circuits for battery management system. The role requires robust technical expertise in analog and digital circuit design, low power electronics, PCB design support, debugging, and product testing & validation.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.
- Knowledge on Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
- Troubleshoot board-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support prototype build, bring-up, debugging, and design verification of the battery management systems.
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering teams.




- Perform circuit simulations, design calculations, and component selection.
- Develop and execute hardware validation and verification plans.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Generate and maintain design documentation, BOMs, test reports, and engineering change records.
- Knowledge on regulatory compliance activities such as CE, FCC, UL, and EMC testing as applicable.
- Knowledge on the hardware side of communication protocols like I2C/ SPI/ UART/ CAN/ USB would be preferred.
- Exposure to DFMEA, Design Reviews, and Product Lifecycle Management would be good.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (UL 1973, IEC 62619, UL60730, CE, FCC,UN38.3) would be added advantage.
